2007 Correspondence Course Booking Terms and Conditions

Please read the following carefully before signing the HRCB Archangel Enlightenment Foundation Certificate correspondence-course registration form to confirm you have read, understood and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

1. All students must take full and complete responsibility for their personal and physical well being at all times during the duration of the course. Students must inform the tutor of any matters affecting their health during the course.

2. If you have experienced/are experiencing any of the following, please let your tutor know in writing before the course commences (all information will be held in the strictest of confidence)
a) Any medical problems of an acute or chronic nature

b) Epilepsy/Diabetes/Asthma/Allergies/High or Low Blood Pressure

c) Any emotional or mental trauma that has resulted in your seeking medical advice or treatment.
d) Suffered from any drug (prescribed or otherwise), alcohol or substance abuse

Is there any other information you wish to supply that you feel might be useful or that the HRCB should know? (For example do you require any special facilities, wheelchair access, etc for the practical assessment days).

3. All personal belongings are the sole responsibility of the student. The HRCB and its tutors will not be held responsible for any loss or damage howsoever caused during the practical assessment days.

4. The cost of the Practical Assessment Module to upgrade your Foundation Certificate to a Diploma will vary depending on the location. The cost does not cover your travel expenses, any accommodation expenses and food.

5. The HRCB course tutor reserves the right to ask a student to withdraw from the course in the event of any upheld reason. In that event monies already paid for future lessons will be refunded.

6. The HRCB reserves the right to substitute tutor(s) and/or alter the venue for the Archangel Enlightenment Diploma - Practical Assessment Module training days.

7. Students may not carry out any type of unsupervised or unauthorised therapy, healing, consultations, intuitive readings, channelling etc. with any other HRCB student during the Archangel Enlightenment Diploma - Practical Assessment Module training days, whether for financial or other reward.

8) Students may not promote or sell any services, courses or products during the Archangel Enlightenment Diploma - Practical Assessment Module training days.

9) All students will respect the property of the HRCB and will be responsible for their personal use of the equipment during the Archangel Enlightenment Diploma - Practical Assessment Module training days.

Withdrawal from course: If a student wishes to withdraw from a correspondence or part-correspondence course, no refunds are given.
